Mash Direct are the proud sponsors of a new show starting next Monday night (6th September) at 20:00. Fabulous Food Adventure takes viewers on a mouth-watering journey around Ulster. Celebrity guests are sent out to source local produce, which is then transformed into a delicious 'county dish' by a selection of chefs. There are four programmes in total. The first programme will feature former boxer Barry McGuigan and TV cook Jenny Bristow search for the best produce from the Province, starting with a visit to Co Antrim, where the menu includes trout and brie tart, squash risotto, black pudding salad and plum and apple upside-down pudding. They also take a fly-fishing lesson on the banks of the River Maine in Cullybackey, before dinner is served at Phantom House.
