Hosted by Tesco, The Taste Northern Ireland Food Show took place in Belfast’s Custom House Square on the 11th and 12th of September, it was created to showcase Northern Irish suppliers base directly to customers and to heighten awareness of the breadth and quality of local and seasonal produce available.
Over the two days visitors were able to discover, try and buy the very best produce that Northern Ireland had to offer, whilst experiencing the personal enthusiasm of those who grow and produce Northern Ireland food and drink; from tasting delicious new products to rediscovering old favourites. The Mash Direct team(Paul, Sam, Lance and Clare) were right in the thick of it sampling and selling the full range of products including the new individual pots. Over 9,000 people attended the show during the weekend and a great time was had by all. Bring on the next event!
